Shipping
- Free shipping across India on prepaid orders of ₹1,999 and above; ₹50 below that.
- Cash on Delivery is available at most pin codes for a ₹150 COD fee (plus ₹50 shipping on orders below ₹1,999). Pay online with UPI, card or netbanking to avoid it.
- Ready-to-ship abayas are dispatched within 1–2 working days (3–4 working days with hemming).
- Delivery takes 2–6 working days to metros, 5–8 to the rest of India, and 7–10 to the North East, J&K and remote pin codes.
- International shipping: flat ₹1,800 per order, 7–14 working days after dispatch. Prepaid only.

Returns & exchanges
- Free size or length exchange, once per order, within 7 days of delivery.
- Changed your mind? Within 7 days, return an unworn piece with tags for full store credit, or a refund minus a ₹150 pickup fee.
- Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours with an unboxing video for a free replacement or full refund.
- Abayas hemmed to your length, Final Sale items and free gifts can't be returned unless faulty.
