Shipping charges (India)
- Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹1,999 and above
- ₹50 on prepaid orders below ₹1,999
- Cash on Delivery: a ₹150 COD fee applies (plus ₹50 shipping on orders below ₹1,999)
Dispatch time
- Ready-to-ship abayas leave our studio within 1–2 working days.
- Orders with hemming are dispatched within 3–4 working days.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
Payment options
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking. Cash on Delivery is available at most pin codes in India for a ₹150 COD fee. Pay online to avoid the fee.
International shipping
We ship to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and most of Europe at a flat ₹1,800 per order. Delivery takes 7–14 working days after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the customer. International orders must be paid online.
Address and delivery attempts
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Our courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address or no response, we can reship it for the shipping charge again.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (25 days for international orders), contact us and we'll trace it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
